Since 2004, tp-7 (Teenage Entrepreneurs-7 Continents) has been a totally debt-free company that provides life skills, employment skills and business ownership skills training for teenagers/young adults (~11 -25 years of age). Through our Lisa C. Scholarship Fund, tp-7 has awarded academic scholarships to students in Earle, Arkansas; Birmingham, AL; Marietta, GA; Jefferson County, AL; Auburn University; Lawson State Community College; Ft. Teenagers/young adults (~ 11- 25 years of age) who complete our monthly training curriculum enjoy documented success that includes: 1. Creating a written (personal) budget, 2. Acquiring/maintaining a 3.0+ Grade Point Average (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) , 3. Establishing/maintaining an active savings account, 4. Creating a professional, one-page resume (curriculum vitae), 5. Coaching, in preparation to secure paid and voluntary employment, 6. Perfection of telephonic and face-to-face interviews and 7. Perfection in completing professional applications. tp-7 has made team visits to Gulf Shores, AL; Seattle, WA; Cozumel, Mexico, Vancouver, Canada (British Columbia) and to "The Outback" of Charleville, Cunnamulla and Roma, Australia! These excursions have allowed our teenage/young adult participants to gain insight into different cultures, currencies, artistic expressions, politics, languages and topographies.

TEAM29 is a DREAM TEAM of 29, "Teenage/Young Adult Corporate Trainers" (11-25 years of age) who are preparing to travel to the 2012, London Olympic Games. TEAM29 humbly acknowledges that we are polished, poised and positioned to pass along a golden baton of knowledge to aspiring teenagers/young adults from across the globe. To ascertain the success of our participants (11- 25 years of age), tp-7 conducts regularly scheduled, affordably priced, "Professional Skills and Job Search" Training (Individual, Classroom-Style, Teleconferencing, Skype and Face book video). Our monthly, 70-minute Teleconferencing, Face book video and Skype Trainings can be accessed by teenagers/young adults anywhere in the world from, Argentina to Zimbabwe!
